1.What we collect
When you submit a booking request: your name, mobile number, email address, and booking summary (studio, date, time, session details). We do not collect payment card data — studios handle that directly.
2.How we use it
- Forward your request to the studio you selected so they can confirm and follow up.
- Trigger a confirmation SMS to your mobile number.
- Respond to support inquiries you send us.
3.How we share it
Your name, mobile, email, and booking summary are transmitted to the studio handling your booking at the moment you submit the request. We do not sell your personal information. Aside from the studio handling your booking and the service providers we use to operate the platform (SMS/email delivery, advertising measurement — see section 6), your information is not shared.
4.SMS consent (TCPA)
By submitting a booking request and providing your phone number, you provide express written consent to receive transactional SMS messages from StudioLink and the studio about your booking — confirmation, reminders, and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of future StudioLink texts; reply HELP for help. You can also email

5.On-device storage
Your last contact details and booking history are saved in your browser's localStorage on this device only. This data is not transmitted to our servers. Clear it any time by clearing site data in your browser.
6.Analytics and advertising
StudioLink uses Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Conversions API to measure advertising effectiveness. When you submit a booking request, limited event data (such as the fact a request was submitted, the platform-fee value, and hashed contact identifiers like your email and phone) may be transmitted to Google and Meta for conversion measurement and audience matching. This data does not include the contents of your booking summary or other session details.
You can opt out by emailing hello@recstudiolink.com. You can also manage ad personalization directly with the platforms: Google Ads at myadcenter.google.com and Meta at facebook.com/adpreferences.
7.Cookies
We use only the functional, session-level cookies needed to operate the site (theme preference, secure session). No advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies today.
8.Data retention
We keep booking-request records for up to 12 months to support you and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
9.Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you.
- Request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise these rights, email hello@recstudiolink.com. We respond within 45 days as required by California law. You may use an authorised agent with proper authorisation.
10.Children
StudioLink is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
11.Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
12.Changes
We may update this notice. Updates will be reflected with a new effective date.
